Waldo was turned into the shelter because his owners just didn't have time for him. He's a pleasant boy who loves people and all the attention he can get. He needs a home that will love him for the rest of his life. He was kept outside so some housebreaking training will be needed but adult dogs tend to learn this very quickly.
