This dear boy is just happy all the time. He likes everyone and is good with other dogs. We don't know how he is with cats. He is gentle and loves his crate. He would be happy to have a few pats on the head and be by your side. Please consider giving this gentle soul a home for the rest of his life.
Update: Jack is a very sweet dog. He rides well in the car and does great with the dogs and the cats. He also thinks he is a lap dog. He does not even bark when my neighbor is outside. He will sit and lay down for treats without you saying anything. He also had no accidents last night. He walks well on a leash but will pull if he needs to go potty. For a 5 - 6 yr old he acts like a rambunctious puppy. He has settled down, and is starting to become a family member. He understands quiet time and is content with that. He does sit in front of the fish tank and it seems like he is being hypnotized by the fish. He will follow you around everywhere. He is kind of a mamma's boy. He will make someone a great family dog.
FOSTER UPDATE:
He's a wonderful family dog. He loves being around you. He is also learing what "play" really means. He is also getting to know when Chloe(lab) does not want to play, and he is like "Okay, maybe later"...he is GREAT with little kids, and when we were at Petsmart and the little boy came up with his mom and said "wow what a big doggie" and Jack went up to him and started licking him to death. It was so sweet! He also wants to be in charge of the little dogs, but is friendly with all. I have been training him with a head collar and that is going really well.

I am a Doberman Pinscher mix,
And I would love to give you sloppy licks.
I weight in at about 70 pounds,
But my stomach is not round.
I am just pure muscle,
So please be strong or I could give you quite a hustle.
I am about 6 years old,
Ande for my age, I am somewhat hyper and very bold.
I also love kitty cats,
And would love to have a few head pats.
I also like to live with another dog,
But sometimes I can be a love hog.
I am great with people of every age,
And if you could I would love to have my own dog cage.

So could you be my love donor?
I do require a fenced in yard,
Because catching me would be very hard.
I ride well in the car,
And I can go places that are very far.
