Ginger now weighs about 60 pounds. Ginger is crate-trained, housebroken, and chews only on her bones and toys. She loves to jump up on the bed every morning before going outside and will give both of us a kiss. She will rest next to my wife on the sofa after running and playing with our Labradors. She also loves to eat and will sit and talk to us while her food is being prepared.

Ginger is a quick learner and trains very easily. She learned to come to a whistle by following our dogs. She's a little skittish at first and needs some time to build up her confidence. As with many dogs, Ginger can be somewhat intimidated by people with hats on, but take the hat off and all is well. It will take a short time for her to completely bond with her new family. 

Ginger needs a home with a yard that is fenced.  She will do best with another dog she can run and play with... as well as a family she can love and will love her.
