Waggs and his brother were two of the lucky ones to get out of the shelter when they ran out of time..... now they are with Tails of Hope and ready for a forever home. They are happy, active, playful dogs that need some basic obedience and will be great new family members.  Waggs is a super friendly, upbeat, fun guy!!
