Description: PLEASE READ VERDI'S STORY. Verdi is an adult female kitty who is very tolerant and sweet. She is already spayed and loves to snuggle on your lap. She was found alongside a major highway with a broken leg and part of her tail in very bad shape. Verdi was taken to the local shelter where she was immediately transported to the vet. Her leg could not be set since it showed a previous break which had not healed properly. Due to the injury of her tail, part of it had to be amputated.
After many weeks of confinement at the vet's office, Verdi came to the Tails of Hope Cattery. At first she was afraid of the other cats, especially since she could not jump and walked with a limp. However, after some TLC she has healed and adjusted very well and likes to be loved and played with. She is looking for a loving home where she could be the only kitty and would never be cold and frightened again.
Verdi is being fostered in the Columbia area.
